Lazia Fall Menu Tasting

Lazia Fall Menu Tasting

Yegventures was recently invited to the fall menu tasting at Lazia Restaurant for four. Before our meals, I had a chance to walk through a lounge party serving hors d’oeuvre and they looked mouthwatering. From left to right, four of the selections were: parmigiano doughnuts, boxing wings,  edamame sesame dip, and Moroccan lamb meatballs. We arrived at our table to quench our thirst to have 4 specialty drinks designed at Lazia. I had the fuzzy peach, which uses peach popbles…

Streetcar Reimagined + Buena Vista Cable Car

Streetcar Reimagined + Buena Vista Cable Car

Here’s a proposal of the historic Edmonton Streetcar reimagined. Taking the model of the Portland Streetcar or Trams in Rome (a one-car low-floor LRT train), I’ve extended the route and connected it to several historic Edmonton communities and current high-floor and future low-floor LRT lines. It extends the current High Level Bridge Streetcar Line southbound through the old CN corridor in Old Strathcona East towards the Wagner/Davies Station of the Valley Line LRT. Northward, it crosses…
