Fuzed Restaurant Now Open in Edmonton
Fuzed Kitchen + Bar is now open at Century Park in Edmonton.

Yegventures was invited for a sneak peek before they opened and here’s what we tried: buffalo cauliflower bites, naan sampler, signature paneer sliders, sirloin steak, and mixed berry cheesecake.
The owner wanted us to categorize the food we tried and we decided that it was best describing it as an international menu.

The two dishes we would order again would definitely be the signature paneer sliders and sirloin steak. One of the co-owners based the entire restaurant around this special dish he created at home. The sirloin steak was grilled to perfection and almost like a filet mignon. And it’s no wonder why because they have three world-class chefs who have come from some of the best hospitality kitchens around the world.
While the buffalo cauliflower bites and naan sampler stand out as appetizer dishes on their own, they just didn’t leave the same urge to order again like the other two dishes formerly noted. That said, at no point during our meal did we ever realize that 4 of the 5 dishes we tried were vegetarian, which says a lot. This restaurant is kind of a mix between Earl’s and Canadian Brew House, and welcoming for all without pushing vegan and vegetarian dishes into their own submenu.
