To say goodbye to winter in Edmonton, the I Heart YEG Winter Festival was created by the City of Edmonton Parks. As the 2nd annual event, this festival has a lot of potential at the Alfred Savage facility by the Whitemud Equine Centre. It certainly brings people to the great outdoors and the Parks system.
