Chop Suey on the Prairies / What The Truck?

The Royal Alberta Museum had a very successful run for Chop Suey on the Prairies. It was an exhibit showing the Chinese settlement and history of Chinese food in Alberta. Did you know green onion cakes are only popular in Edmonton? The curator Linda Tzang will tell you more about it. The exhibit ended up traveling around Alberta after its long run at the old museum location.
