Semicolon Tattoo Coming September

Be a part of the Momentum that’s sweeping Edmonton and attend the 1st Edmonton Semicolon Tattoo Awareness Event happening September 13th in support of mental health awareness. Participants will be able to get a semicolon tattoo (yes, there are permanent and non-permanent options!) with all proceeds being donated to Momentum Walk In Counselling of Edmonton, a non-profit organization that offers counselling to those in need, in the moment.

Almost 4000 people have pledged to attend this epic event and organizers hope that people will find a sense of community and understanding for those living and coping with mental illness.

There will be many agencies on site that support people living with mental health concerns as well as scheduled pop up speakers to talk about their own experiences of hope and recovery.

People are invited to attend this event at the Prince of Wales Armoury located at 10440-108 Ave September 13 from 10am-5:00 pm.

Admission is free but there is a $50 fee for a permanent basic black semicolon tattoo. Presale tickets are available online via Eventbrite and will be sold at the door on a first come first serve basis.
